Dance meditation. Day 6. Chest

Chest is one of our most sensitive parts of the body. We take on the chest, breathe deeply and, accordingly, feel with the whole chest. This is where our heart is located, which blooms when we love and cries when we yearn. It can also be broken or turned into stone when tragic moments happen in our lives. To awaken your heart, to awaken your sensitivity in your chest, is to allow yourself to feel life in all its glory.
